When ordering from our on-line store real time quotes are furnished based on your individual shipping information and may vary from the published ground rates when ordering by phone, mail or fax. In-stock items generally ship within 3-5 days of order but may vary during the busy holiday season.
Once your item has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on which service you chose and where you are in the world. We ship directly from our manufacturing plant in Southern California.
During the holiday season UPS Ground delivery times are NOT guaranteed, so it is best not to procrastinate if you want to take advantage of low cost ground shipping.

Yes we ship internationally! On the "Checkout" page under the "Choose your UPS Shipping Method" dropdown select the service type: "Worldwide Express Saver".
