Shipping = time in transit ONLY

The current PRODUCTION and PROOFS schedule for Industry Greetings is always included at the top gray bar on our website (updated each Monday by 9:00am PST). We encourage you to call if you have specific needs or don’t understand something. Our goal is to be fully transparent with our timeframe so there are no surprises on your end. When your order leaves our facility an email is generated with tracking number and estimated delivery schedule.

"Shipping" time is time in-transit only. This does not include production time. Your order is created specifically for you - it is not pulled from (stocked on) a shelf. Orders generally ship within roughly 5-7 business days but varies. Adding logos or custom greetings in the Classic Order Method and/or preprinted signatures in Classic or Designer Order Method typically adds 1-3 business days to your order for proofing and/or signature sheet completion. Again, review gray bar at top of site for current schedules or give us a call. Your order moves into production ONLY AFTER proof approval and signed signature sheet receipt.

Industry Greetings ships via UPS both domestically and internationally for the most “on-time” deliveries and the best tracking options for our customers. Once your item ships, time in transit will vary depending on which service you chose and where you are located in the world. All orders ship directly from our manufacturing plant in Southern California (USA). 

Please note: Effective March 26, 2020, UPS eliminated ALL service guarantees until further notice due to "COVID". For details and UP TO DATE INFORMATION please check the UPS website directly at UPS Service Guarantee SuspensionUPS Next Day and some International service guarantees have been reinstated with adjustments/extensions for time of delivery | UPS Ground, 3-Day and 2-Day service is still NOT guaranteed (ground map below IS an estimated timeframe, but number of transit days are NOT guaranteed)


Shipping charges are weight based and are calculated on the CART page. Our estimator requires country, state/province and zip/postal code. Provide this information and click “estimate” and all applicable UPS services, and charges, for each will populate for your selection.

Shipping Domestically (inside U.S.)

    • Next Day Air Saver (where available) 

Bad weather anywhere between our location and yours, along the route UPS travels can delay your delivery. In addition, when volume is overwhelming for UPS, the first packages to be set aside will be ground packages. This information is shared in an effort to help you move forward with a clear understanding of service expectations. Our suggestion is NOT to discourage ground shipping but rather to encourage EARLY ordering so low-cost ground shipping can be utilized with no worry if UPS takes a couple extra days to deliver your package

Shipping to Canada:

Switch the country (defaults to U.S.) and add the province and postal code for pricing.
Services include:

    • Canada Standard* (similar to ground, ROUGHLY 2-7 days) - does NOT include any applicable duties, taxes or customs clearance which will be due by you upon delivery.
    • Worldwide Express (1-3 business days, estimate INCLUDES applicable duty, taxes and customs clearance fees)
    • Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days, estimate INCLUDES applicable duty, taxes and customs clearance fees)

Shipping Internationally:
