How to Customize Your Greeting Cards

Industry Greetings offers more customization options than any other business greeting card provider. Use as many or as few upgrades as you'd like — and only pay for the ones you choose.

We also give you two easy ways to place your order online:

  • The Designer Method (our interactive design tool)
  • The Classic Method (a simplified, step-by-step form)

Each option has its own benefits. The best method depends on your comfort level and how customized your order needs to be.

 

Optional Customization Upgrades

CARD FRONT

    • Add text or your logo anywhere on the front of any card  (Note: text-only is more cost-effective using the Designer Method)
    • Request color changes to equipment, uniforms, hats, etc. (Example: blue van instead of white, red hats instead of green — available only via the Classic Method)

CARD INSIDE

    • Add your logo to the top, bottom, or both sections of the inside
    • Include a standard greeting and add your company name at no extra cost (Note: standard greetings are pre-written and selectable in the Classic Method or changable in the Designer Method)
    • Write a custom message (Note: the Designer Method supports more placement, color and formatting options)
    • Add preprinted signatures or a hand written note

ENVELOPES

    • Upgrade to peel & seal envelopes (no licking or mess)
    • Add your return address or custom text to the back flap
    • Include holiday-themed graphics next to the return address
    • Add your logo to the back flap (Designer Method only)

FINISHING SERVICES

These premium services are not available through the website and must be scheduled by phone or email. As with other upgrades you may choose as many or as few as you'd like to use.

    • Addressing envelopes with your customer mailing list
    • Inserting cards into envelopes
    • Sealing envelopes
    • Full Mailing Service through USPS (first class, presorted first class, or presort standard)

Which Ordering Method Should I Use?

We offer two online ordering methods so you can choose what works best for your needs and comfort level:

CLASSIC METHOD

Best for:

    • Complex front-of-card alterations  
    • Simple orders using pre-written greeting options
    • Single-color logo imprinting inside
    • Users who prefer a straightforward, no-design interface

DESIGNER METHOD

Best for:

    • Adding a logo or simple text to the card front
    • Custom greetings with multiple text areas
    • Choosing fonts, font sizes, and text colors
    • Adding your logo to the back of the envelope
    • Users who enjoy designing and seeing their changes live
