We take great pride in the quality of our greeting cards — and we’re confident you, your clients, vendors, and staff will be just as proud to send and receive them. All of our cards are printed right here in the U.S.A. using premium materials and skilled American labor. If your order arrives damaged or is substandard due to a production issue on our end, we will replace it free of charge. Proofing Matters — Help Us Get It Right
While we stand behind our craftsmanship, we can’t replace cards at no charge due to errors submitted by customers during the order process. We want your cards to be perfect, and we need your help to make that happen.
Please double check your order:
If You are using the Designer Tool: Carefully review both the preview (eyeball icon) and proofing pages. They show your card and envelope exactly as they will print (spelling, font, layout, etc.).
- Need to edit? Use the ‘Go Back’ button on the proof page before finalizing.
If You are using the Classic Order Method: Review all entered text on the cart page.
- To make changes, click ‘Modify Card’ before submitting.
- If you uploaded logos or custom greetings, we’ll send a proof by email — check your proof carefully and ask any questions you may have before approving.
See an Issue With an Order You Placed?
If you’ve submitted your order and notice a mistake on your:
- Order receipt
- Signature sheet
- Emailed proof
Call us right away so we can make corrections before your cards move to the next step.
Already Received Your Order But Noticed an Error?
Even if it is an error that was missed during the order or proofing process, please reach out to us. While we can’t reprint at no charge in these cases, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint and will do our best to help.
