If you received cards that are damaged or substandard due to our workmanship, we'll replace them free of charge! Please contact us immediately at 800.431.9161.

 

 

Unfortunately we cannot replace product that is unusable due to customer error. We want your cards to be perfect. We need your help to make sure that happens! Please thoroughly proofread your card and envelope prior to submitting your order. If you are using the Designer Tool both the preview and proofing pages show you your card and envelope exactly as they will print. If your text or logo isn't centered - it won't print centered. If you have an orange warning about "low resolution image" your logo will not print cleanly.  If part of the text or logo aren't visible - those parts won't appear on your cards.  If there is anything that you've designed that isn't accurate, please adjust it. For low resolution quality, delete and upload a larger image file. .Selecting the 'go back' orange button in the Designer or the ‘modify card’ button in the Classic method allows you to make your corrections. Once you have reached the cart page from the Designer your designs are set and no longer viewable nor adjustable. If you're having trouble please contact us. If you are using the Classic Tool and adding logos or custom greetings you will receive a proof by email, please ensure that proof is accurate before signing off that your order is "ok to print".
