"Shipping" time, whether it be ground service or next day air service, is time in-transit only. This does not include production time. Your order is created specifically for you - it is not pulled from (stocked on) a shelf. Orders generally ship within roughly 5-7 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary - lengthening during the months of November and December. Adding logos, custom greetings and/or preprinted signatures typically adds 2-5 business days to your order for proofing and/or signature sheet completion. We encourage you to call if you have concerns or specific needs.
Most of our products are shipped to you via UPS. When ordering from IndustryGreetings.com real time quotes are furnished based on your individual shipping information and may vary from the published ground rates found on the printable order form found on our site.
Once your item has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on which service you chose and where you are in the world. We ship directly from our manufacturing plant in Southern California (USA).

During the holiday season UPS Ground delivery times are NOT guaranteed, so it is best not to procrastinate if you want to take advantage of low cost ground shipping. Day specific transit (next day or 2-day) are also available options.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada can be achieved when using our site. Be sure to change your country from the default (USA). On the "Checkout" page under the "Choose your UPS Shipping Method" dropdown select the service type: "Standard (Ground to Canada)" for the lowest cost shipping. You will be able to review shipping charges before you submit your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are your responsibility and are not included in your shipment pricing.
Yes we ship internationally! Be sure to change your country from the default (USA). On the "Checkout" page under the "Choose your UPS Shipping Method" dropdown select the service type: "International Expedited" or "International Express" both of these services are considered 'air' service types. You will be able to review shipping charges before you submit your order. Certain international locations do not have this service available. If this is the case, an error message will appear.
